Jason Tran

Jason approach to review and drafting of commercial documents is to look at each document with the most pessimistic view possible and draft and advise to ensure that his clients are always protected. He will however, always consider the client’s actual intentions and practical objectives when advising as to which aspects of a document are important to insist upon.

In his spare time Jason plays badminton with the grace of someone who sits at a desk all day, and sings as a Bass in the NSW Bar Choir.
